Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Rezonna (“Rezonna”, “we”, “us”) builds AI voice agents that answer and place calls, qualify leads, book next steps, and update our customers’ CRMs. We are based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you visit https://rezonna.com (the “site”) and when businesses use our AI calling service (the “service”).

2. Information we collect on the site

  • Information you give us. Your name, work email, phone number, company, and message when you email us, chat with us on WhatsApp, or book a discovery call through TidyCal.
  • Usage and device data. Pages viewed, referring pages, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar data collected through cookies and similar technologies.

We use these tools on the site:

  • Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site.
  • Meta Pixel, to measure ad performance and actions such as booking a call or opening WhatsApp.
  • Leadsy, to identify companies visiting the site for sales follow-up.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may work less well if you do.

3. Information processed through the service

When a business (our “customer”) uses Rezonna, our AI agent handles calls with that business’s leads and callers. In doing so we may process:

  • Caller phone numbers, names, and contact details.
  • Call audio, recordings, and transcripts.
  • Answers to qualification questions, notes, call outcomes, and booked appointments.
  • Data from the CRM, calendar, or other tools the customer connects.

The customer decides what the agent asks, what is recorded, and where the data goes. For this data, the customer is the data fiduciary (controller) and Rezonna processes it on the customer’s behalf. If you spoke with a Rezonna agent on behalf of a business, please contact that business first about your data; we will help them respond.

4. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries, run discovery calls, and prepare quotes.
  • Provide the service: place and answer calls, qualify leads, book next steps, and sync outcomes to the customer's CRM.
  • Monitor quality, fix problems, and improve the service.
  • Keep the site and service secure and prevent misuse.
  • Send service and billing communications.
  • Measure and improve our marketing.
  • Meet legal obligations.

5. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run the site and service, such as cloud hosting, telephony, speech and language model providers, scheduling, and analytics. They may use the data only to provide services to us.
  • The customer whose calls we handle, including through the CRM and tools they connect.
  • Authorities or other parties when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • A buyer or successor if Rezonna is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Some providers may process data outside India. When they do, we use providers with appropriate safeguards and follow applicable law on cross-border transfers.

6. Retention

We keep site inquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and analytics data according to the settings of those tools.

We keep call recordings, transcripts, and related records for the period agreed with each customer during onboarding. When an engagement ends, we delete or return that data on the customer’s request, unless we are legally required to keep it.

7. Security

We treat transcripts, contact details, and CRM data as sensitive. We encrypt data in transit, limit access to people who need it to provide the service, and review access regularly. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. We will notify affected customers and authorities of a personal data breach as required by law.

8. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws, you may have the right to:

  • Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct, complete, or update it.
  • Ask us to erase it.
  • Withdraw consent where we rely on consent.
  • Nominate another person to exercise your rights.
  • Raise a grievance with us, and then with the Data Protection Board of India.

To exercise these rights, email hello@rezonna.com. We may need to verify your identity. We aim to respond within 30 days.

9. Customers and callers outside India

We work with businesses and callers in the United States, the Middle East, and elsewhere. Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you the rights below. For calls handled through the service, Rezonna processes data on the customer’s behalf, so we will pass your request to that customer and help them respond.

United States. Our customers are responsible for calling consent under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and for following do-not-call rules. Under the Federal Communications Commission’s 2024 ruling, AI-generated voices count as artificial voices under the TCPA, so outbound calls placed by the agent may require the called person’s prior express consent.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may give you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose.
  • Delete personal information we collected from you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

Rezonna does not sell personal information. To opt out of sharing for advertising measurement, such as through the Meta Pixel, email us or block cookies in your browser.

United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. If you are in the UAE, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) may apply. If you are in Saudi Arabia, the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) may apply. Under these laws you may have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@rezonna.com. We may need to verify your identity before we act on a request.

10. Children

The site and service are for businesses. They are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the “Last updated” date above and, for significant changes, notify customers directly.
